Your tasks
- Checking our guests in and out
- Offering advice and assistance to guests at the hotel (adults and children)
- Handling clerical work and bookings in the back office
- Various administrative tasks
- Miscellaneous checks
Our Expectations
- Qualifications with a focus on tourism or professional experience in a similar position would be an advantage
- Knowledge of Elite hotel software would be an advantage
- Languages: Good English and German skills (written and spoken)
- Willingness to undertake further training
- Knowledge of other languages (such as Italian or French) would be an advantage
- A friendly/outgoing disposition and a well-groomed appearance
- A great team player with excellent communication skills

Location: Alpbach in Tyrol
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (KV) for the Hotel and Restaurant Trade. The KV minimum wage of EUR 1460.00/month (gross) applies, plus all overtime, additional taxes and statutory social security contributions. KV overtime payments depend on the employee's qualifications.
